特別教育ファイルの保管と廃棄に関するお知らせ

On July 1st of each year, Provo City School District will permanently destroy special education records of students who have graduated, aged out of services, or were declassified five or more years prior. Until that date, individuals may request a copy of their records by presenting proper identification. Records will only be released to the individual to whom they belong.
