Students and families across Provo came together during the District Day of Dance Showcase to celebrate a citywide passion for dance.

Held at Provo High School, the showcase featured performances from Timpview, Provo, and Shoreline ballroom and modern dance teams, Centennial’s contemporary dance group, and an exceptional spotlight performance by Wasatch Elementary 4th graders.

Before the evening performance, secondary students participated in masterclasses led by professional dancers, gaining expert instruction and mentorship.

This year’s esteemed instructors included:

Ai Fujii Nelson (Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company) – High School Modern Dance Masterclass
Baylee Van Patten (Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company) – Middle School Modern Dance Workshop
Casey & Kayci Treu (Professional Ballroom Champions) – Secondary Ballroom Dance Masterclass

Now in its fourth year, the event continues to serve students interested in refining their skills, building connections, and celebrating dance throughout out city.
