Each year we award a few of our most deserving Administrators, as well as our Professional Technical, Counselors, and Support Staff employees for acting as outstanding resources to teachers and students. We thank them for their excellent work this year. Please find their nominations below.
Joey stands out as an exceptional supervisor and leader. Patient and knowledgeable, Joey eagerly shares his expertise, providing steady guidance in maintenance and custodial tasks. Always reliable and ready to help, his leadership instills confidence among his team. Joey’s calm, capable presence makes him an invaluable resource, deeply respected and appreciated by everyone who works alongside him.
Shauna is the district’s one stop shop for all creative communications projects. Whether managing hundreds of webpages, designing district mailers and podcasts, or creating visuals that decorate our buildings and online spaces, Shauna does it all. Many know her by name, but everyone knows her by the newsletters, emails, mailers, and more. She is a fierce advocate for every voice and a loyal friend to all across the district.
Karen Bradley deeply cares about every student at Shoreline Middle School. She creates meaningful connections, becoming a trusted advocate students turn to during difficult times. Karen collaborates closely with counselors, teachers, and administration, often supporting colleagues professionally and personally. Constantly seeking self-improvement, Karen’s leadership and compassion make her invaluable to her students and peers.
Tia is known for her warmth, humor, and dedication. Always professional and organized, she tirelessly supports students and colleagues, efficiently handling complex tasks with ease. Tia creates a welcoming environment, offering advice, treats, and even homemade goodies. Her kindness, expertise, and genuine care have earned her deep appreciation from the entire Timpview community.
Scott McCaulley has just completed his first year as principal at Amelia Earhart Elementary. With a background in Special Education, Scott brings valuable perspective and experience that have helped shape a supportive, collaborative school environment. He empowers both teachers and families to work together in meeting student needs. His calm, steady presence and persistent kindness make him a model of what it means to be a Warm Demander—someone who holds high expectations with deep compassion.
Sean Edwards has served as principal of Canyon Crest for the past three years, where he has led with heart and vision. His focus on improving communication and connection with families has transformed the culture of the school. Through regular social media posts and thoughtful messaging, Sean not only keeps parents informed—he celebrates the great moments happening every day. His leadership can be seen in the school’s PBIS program and in recent designations recognizing excellence in collaboration and STEM. Sean’s work continues to make Canyon Crest a welcoming and forward-thinking place to learn.
Brookanne Dalby leads with heart, clarity, and an unwavering focus on students. As principal of Centennial Middle School, she fosters a culture of belonging, trust, and high expectations. Known for her presence in the hallways, her data-informed leadership, and her deep care for all students—especially those facing challenges—Brooke empowers her staff through strong communication and shared purpose. Whether advocating for instructional time, supporting students with disabilities, or simply walking the halls with a smile and her walking desk, Brookeanne is the kind of leader who sees every child and brings out the best in everyone around her.
Suzanne Parker is known across Timpview for her steady presence, thoughtful leadership, and deep commitment to students and staff alike. Beloved by staff and students across the school, Suzanne exemplifies what it means to be both an advocate and an ally. She listens carefully, responds quickly, and leads with fairness and care. Suzanne supports teachers while championing students, ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Her consistency, professionalism, and compassion make her a cornerstone of the Timpview community and a trusted leader among her peers.
