Flu Shot Clinic

Flu season is upon us! Luckily, we have flu shots and other resources to help us endure the season more prepared. Look below for times and school locations for flu shot clinics.

This year’s clinic will take place on September 24 from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm at the Professional Development Center. The Professional Development Center is located adjacent to the District Office (280 W 940 N).

In order to participate, you will need to bring your medical insurance card, as no other payment will be accepted. Free service is offered to all insured district employees and their family members, ages 5 and older. The service is also offered to those who are insured with SelectHealth insurance. However, these vaccines will be provided on a first-come-first serve basis.

Remember to wear a short sleeved shirt and don’t forget to get your flu shot this season!
