About Mrs. Pancake

Hello! My name is Wendi Pancake and I’m excited to get to know you this year! My teaching career started in Ohio, where I taught middle school for fifteen years. Five years ago, we moved to Utah. For the last 5 years, I have been at Rock Canyon Elementary teaching 6th grade. This is my 1st year with eSchool and I am excited to for this new adventure.

I am married to Kevin and have 3 children, Paige, Rylee, and Devin. This summer I became a grandma for the first time. My grandson’s name is Leo. He is so much fun! I love spending time with my family, traveling, and going to the beach.
