District Response to Social Media Allegations

Recently, allegations of impropriety regarding the district and some employees has been discussed on social media.  This has also included statements about a potential investigation by the Utah Attorney General’s Office.  Provo City School District received the following message regarding the findings of a complaint made to the Attorney General’s Office:

“I have reviewed [name of complainant redacted] allegations of Provo School District’s improprieties and find there is nothing further for the AGO to do. Based on my review, I find the allegations of impropriety without merit.” 

Provo City School District is committed to executing the work of the district in compliance with all legal, ethical and professional standards.
